Wound Tube Gasifier

The working principle of the wound tube gasifier is that the heating medium goes through the shell, and the LNG goes through the pipe, and the pipe is a spiral wound heat exchanger structure: the LNG entering from the bottom tube box is discharged from the top after being heated and vaporized in the pipe, and the circulating water heats the natural gas in the shell side, as shown in the following figure. The capacity of the gasifier is mainly determined by the temperature and flow rate of the shell medium. The main characteristic is that it has a large heat transfer area in the same volume, and can realize heat transfer of multiple fluids together.
